Introducing Togetherpay: A superior payment processing solution!

We are happy to announce the launch of Togetherpay, a new Doubleknot merchant account product for our customers. Togetherpay is a secure and reliable credit card processing solution that enables Doubleknot to provide complete credit card processing and one-stop customer service. Togetherpay’s advantages include:
- A rate of 2.9 percent. This single rate will make it easier for your organization to calculate fees for financial planning and may save you money.
- Lower per-transaction fee for card-present or onsite transactions. Payments completed through Sales Station will incur a per-transaction fee that is at least 50 percent less than our current per-transaction fees.
- No hidden fees. There are no other fees for processing payments. Many merchant account providers add additional costs in the form of statement fees, gateway fees, batch fees, etc.
- Direct funds deposit option. With Togetherpay, you can choose to automatically deposit 100 percent of payments collected from credit card transactions directly to your bank account within two business days. The percentage and per-transaction fees will be collected as a single debit on the tenth day of the following month. With direct deposit, you do not need to manually request funds transfer—the complete amount of the payments are automatically deposited into your account.
