We recently updated our Report Writer software. After the update, you may find that the default search criteria fields and Update Results button do not work as expected. This can occur when your browser is using cached information to display Doubleknot pages.
To fix this issue, clear your browser’s cache. You can find instructions on how to clear your browser’s cache in the Help system for your operating system and browser. If the issue continues, please use a different browser on your computer to log on to Doubleknot and view your reports (if you use the other browser frequently, you may need to clear the cache on this browser too.)
